The International Corporate Park is a major commercial development spanning 100 acres in the center of Kharghar. The idea is to develop a business district akin to Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex. CIDCO aims to lure large international corporations, banks, and technological organizations to Navi Mumbai by developing world-class office spaces.

This is more than just business buildings; it is about establishing a “city within a city.” The park will have a combination of commercial skyscrapers, luxury hotels, restaurants, and retail areas. It is intended for the modern professional who seeks a balance between work and life.

Why Kharghar?

Kharghar was chosen due of its strategic location and inherent beauty. It is already well-known for its broad streets, lush greenery, and the iconic Central Park. The new corporate hub would be located about 14 kilometers from the future Navi Mumbai International Airport. This makes it ideal for worldwide businesses that want quick access to global destinations.

Connectivity is another major advantage. The Navi Mumbai Metro, the Sion-Panvel Highway, and the upcoming Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (Atal Setu) are all nearby, making commuting to South Mumbai, Pune, or Thane considerably faster.

As large corporations move in, the need for high-quality housing in and around Kharghar will increase.
